Okut Construction Developers of Villa's & Apartment in Northern Cyprus

Okut Construction has been an established and highly recommended building firm since 1978. We are based in Girne, Northern Cyprus and have been involved in the creation of numerous prestigious projects that include the Turkish Embassy in Nicosia and the Ziraat Bank.

One of our current builds is the Sunset Bay development of Villas and Apartments at Bahcheli on the Northern Cyprus coast. We have an English speaking team of engineers, architects and developers with whom you can discuss any questions you may have regarding any property you would like us to purchase from us.
